Hi everyone!

I'm Maria, I live in Minsk and work as a translator (English-German-Russian-Spanish-you name it). I adore learning languages and exploring new countries - travelling is my favourite hobby. I enjoy hitch-hiking and like positive music (ska and jazz, ska-punk and folk-rock are my favorites). I also play intellectual games, love watching series (House M.D., all Chuck Lorrie series, naturally Sherlock and above all - Dr Who and spins-off). Reading is something I can talk hours and hours about, so if you have some thoughts to share about any of your favourite examples of fiction - don't hesitate to write me about them.

I would really appreciate postcards with some of your local sights (as I'm absolutely mad about sight-seeing) or maps of the place you live in. But, of course, any postcard from a good person will do.It would be nice of you to drop me a line in your language and to translate it into English. I would love it!
