Hey you all postcrossers!
One of my hobbies is to collect postcards all over the world, so I'm very excited about this crossing project. My collection of postcards includes over five hundred cards and I'm very anxious to get more and more! :) I just love doing this.
I wish you would send me a card with the name and the picture of your city/country. Traditional tourist cards are the ones I love! Especially
*wild animals or just cute animal cards
*people with traditional costumes
*fountains (my favorites too)
*nature phenomena (storms, lightning, morning sun, winter/summer)
*the sea, lakes, islands or other water cards
*night views (highly appreciated!)
Feel free to check my favorites to have a clue! :)
Even though I like art and handicraft, please leave your handmade cards for someone else. Also avoid ad cards if possible.
Please tell me the name of the place where the card or it's sender is from, I'm going to mark each and every place to a huge world map! I'm waiting for cards from all over the world! :D
About me, I'm a student in the University of Lapland, studying applied psychology, a combination of administrative science and psychology. I live in Rovaniemi but I'm spending my holidays at home in a little village called Karijoki (like in the moment). Usually when I'm off school, I like to read books, listen to music, hang out with my friends, send a lot of postcards and play with my two lovely cats (called Körmy and Tino,who is a birman). You can see them in my profile picture :)
If you have a good book/nice band tip or pet greetings you want to share, feel free to do so!
I'm also very eager to swap cards, so please send me a message and I'll get back to you. I'm also on Facebook in the Postcrossing group. You can always ask some special cards, e.g. Lapland scenes, Northern Lights, Moomin, Kiroileva Siili or Santa Claus cards. I'll see what I can do. :)
PLEASE ask for swap beforehand so that I'll see if I have the card you wish for. At least, write "SWAP" to the card so I don't need to wonder if the card was sent without ID.
