My name is Kaisa and I'm 30 years old.
I work as an artist (visual arts, performance art and contemporary theatre), though I'm still 'undergraduated' and trying to finish my studies between my work projects.
Another great interest of me are nature and the ecological issues, and I work as a volunteer in an environmental organization, too.
At the moment I'm working temporarily in the foreign post office at the Helsinki Airport: I see A LOT of postcards every night, and I guess I'll become an expert in post codes, international mail etc. by the end of this summer :). And I'm very sorry if the Finnish postcards are damaged sometimes: I know now that the machines are not so gentle always...
I like all kinds of postcards, but if you have thousands of options
:-), the themes I prefer are:
- trees and forests (which perhaps characterize your place/country...) - I collect them!
- natural landscapes and sceneries
- sea, ocean
- whales
- sky and weather
- old art from your country
- conceptual art
ps. I really like Chinese and Japanese and other Asian stamps!
