About Kirstin...

Hello, my name is Kirstin. I live with my eight year old son Jordan in beautiful Hannover, northern Germany.

We love every card we receive. As long as it is a postcard you send, we will be very happy. As you know, a postcard is not just about the picture side, it’s more about that tiny little piece of information you would like to share with us. As we love to travel we like most the typical tourist cards. They don't have to be sent from the place of origin. Please let us know something about your favorite places. If we receive a postcard from a place we’ve already been to we would like to hear your experiences. Or maybe you could introduce a new destination to us that makes us want to pack our bags immediately.

We just moved into a new house , so I decided to decorate a wall for Jordan showing a map of all the places he has been so far. And, of course, I want to add some postcards of these places. ;-) So if you have cards that would fit in - especially when they are showing the national flag - we would be more than happy to receive them!
So here's the list of places Jordan visited:
Denmark (Aalborg, Randers, Aarhus)
Switzerland (Bern)
The Netherlands (Amsterdam)
Turkey (Alanya)
Qatar (Doha)
Hong Kong
The Philippines (Cebu, Bohol, Bantayan)
Tunisia (Sousse)
Egypt (Hurghada, Luxor, Aswan, Edfu, Esna, Abu Simbel)
South Africa (Johannesburg, Pilanesberg, Sun City, Hartbeespoort Dam)
Spain (Mallorca, Barcelona)
Italy (Rome, Pisa)
France (Marseille, Cassis)
Germany (Hamburg, Berlin, München, Dortmund, Grömitz, Bad Segeberg, Lübeck, Bremen ....)

If you like to, you can address your postcard to Jordan. He just started to learn English so please keep your words simple then.

Also we love to cook. We meet up with friends once or twice a month for cooking and have a chatty evening. Tell us what your favorite dish is or what is popular in your region. Maybe we can try and cook it. We’re not very skilled but we always have much fun trying new recipes.

<3 <3 My favorite animal is the tapir - so if you happen to have a postcard showing one, please send it to me... <3 <3

Thank you for reading all of this!
Now, we’re looking forward to receiving a postcard from you!

Happy postcrossing!
