I like to garden and grow our own vegetables and some fruits. I also care for a small flock of chickens and one rooster who give us fresh eggs. I am also interested in anything to do with art, nature, photograhpy and natural living/"back to the earth" things.
Professionally, I am an Herbalist and I own my own home based business making herbal salves and tinctures for people and animals.
I am also a Graphic Designer and work part time doing freelance work from our home.
I stay home with our kids, as I homeschool them. My oldest has Asperger's Syndrome (high functioning Autism). I parent in a very natural way and keep my kids close to me, giving them the freedom to learn in the style and pace they want. Family is very important to me.
