Hi there,

I am Marina from Ukraine, Europe. I am a beginner in postcrossing, but I am very glad that I have joined this great project! Receiving as well as sending lovely postcards from/to different corners of the world turned out to be a real pleasure for me!

Something about me: I am fond of foreign languages, I speak English and French and have long been intending to learn German. Speaking of that, could you please drop me a few words in your native language on the postcard, even if it is not one of the aforesaid.

I also keen on reading, movies, music, cooking, psychology, visage. I adore pets, now I have a pretty cat called Thomas, British Shorthair, and just recently I have become a happy owner of a yellow Labrador puppy, Jessy:) Also travelling has a great appeal for me, I have already travelled a lot around Russia and, it goes without saying, Ukraine, I also visited Germany some years ago. There are lots of places in the world worth seeing, but most of all I am longing to visit France and the Maldives. And, to cap it all, my greatest passion is the sea and everything marine, my dream is to live at the seashore...

For me the main idea about postcrossing is to get to know more about foreign countries, their culture, sights, eminent people and works of art (especially painting), so it would be great if you send me some postcard reflecting these aspects.

And on the eve of some events/holidays (even if they are typical for your country only), it would be super to receive a thematic postcard.

But of course do not hesitate to send me any postcard by your own preference (except ads please), or any one which you think I will like taking into account my above mentioned interests.

P.S. I don't have a scanner now, so I would appreciate if you could scan your postcard before sending. Thanks in advance!
