My name is Melinda, I am a 22 year old college student majoring in Education. I love receiving mail so Postcrossing was a great find for me :) As a college student, stamps are a little expensive for me so I don't participate as much as I would like but I will take what I can get!
I prefer no envelopes for my postcards, with a real stamp! I love interesting or plentiful stamps! Postcards with many stamps or unique stamps are some of my favorites. Please write directly on the card instead of sending a note alongside or pasting a printed paper on it; I love to see everyone's unique handwritings. Stickers are certainly welcome, as well. Also, please no ad cards unless they picture something I list that I like. I would also prefer no collage cards (cards with multiple images.) But again, these are only suggestions and I appreciate every card.
If you don't know what to write, write about your interests or tell me your favorite dish from your country (I love food). If you're artistically inclined, I love sketches. & everyone knows a picture is worth a thousand words!
