Hi everybody!
I'm 34 years old and I live in Vienna, the capital city of Austria.
Originally I'm a psychologist. But meanwhile Customer Care has raised my interesst so much, that I finally had to became teamleader in a local Call Center.
I studied Social Psychology at the University of Helsinki. If you are from Finland... I'm planning to come to Finland in the year 2010. If you know something special there, please tell me.
