He has been a member for over 2 years (961 days).Oldham is a small town in Lancashire which is about 10 miles from the city of Manchester. It dates back to the 11th century. By the end of the 19th century it was recognised as being the greatest cotton spinning town in the world. It is situated on a hillside 700 feet above sea level. Sir Winston Churchill also started his political career as a candidate for the Conservative party in Oldham. I was lucky enough to be able to retire at 53. I am not married. Am just a fun person who likes to enjoy myself. I used to work in the airline industry so have been around quite a bit. I am still passionate about aircrafts and civil aviation, so if its possible I would like a postcard of your national airline if possible, if not, no worries, I love postcards of anything. I also collect stamps so a nice stamp would be great, and am also open for private swops. I enjoy everthing that life has to give. Hugs and Love James
