She has been a member for 3 months (79 days).Hello postcrossers. I'm Júnia and I live in Brasília, Brazil's capital. I'm a teacher and work with the Montessorian method. I teach kids reading for 18 years, through this method. I like reading, swimming, everithing related to the legend of "Maria Montessori", i love travelling and, above all, I love my family.
The Postcrossing project has an important meaning for me: peace and union for this crazy world we live. It's not just receiving or sending beautiful cards, stamps or whatever. It's using the tecnology to improve our hearts, instead of our brains or the velocity of the things. Friendships are being made through distant people and different cultures and races. I fell proud to be part of It.
My preferences:
1) Postcards from your country showing monuments, mountains or landscapes in general.
2) I'm a huge fan of Maria Montessori, so, if you find something like a stamp, a bookmark or a postcard with her image, please make me happy.
3) Van Gogh painting art postcards.
4) If you have old bookmarks doing nothing inside old books, please send me.
I don't like to receive postcards showing animals, plants, food, fruits, vegetables, drawings, handmade or ad cards.
