About Jim...

Hi Postcrossers!

I work as an electrician at a local hospital, and sometimes assist my wife breeding dogs. She breeds them and I do all the work. They can be seen at http://sheltiepets.com if you like dogs.

The weather here is very, very hot in the summer, 46°C (115°F), and mild in the winter (we never have snow). We have about 325 days of sunshine each year and low average humidity. Here everything is pretty much air conditioned.

I like Country & Western music the most. But also Mexican (Spanish), Polka, Oldies (Doo Wop), Gospel and some American Indian. The rest I tolerate for the most part.

We enjoy traveling locally and abroad. We can drive to The Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Sea World, Disney Land, Los Angles, or Mexico within 8 hours.

About my "Postcard Wall":

You'll find it on the link to Webshots. (Yes, I also upload to postcrossing too)

Why do I use WebShots? ………. Actually I’ve used Webshots for photographs since its inception, long before Postcrossing, and other photo hosting sites came into existence. The thing I like best is, from the thumbnail you can go to full size in two clicks. I’ve found that postcards have phenomenal detail. I've never used Flicker so I don't really know how it compares, but the results I've seen on Flicker have impressed me. Nope, I'm not going to switch.

Under Gender, what's "Other"? Just wondering.

It would be nice if you could send the following types of cards:

• Scenery of your country.
• Vintage/Photo.
• Buildings and Bridges.
• Animals (Wild or Pets)
• Fishing Boats.
• Coastal Scenery/Beaches.
• But All Cards are Welcome!!!

I prefer real stamps on postcards if it isn't too much trouble. Thanks :)
