Hello dear Postcrossers!
I am really pleased with this wonderful initiative and every new card I receive makes me feel grateful.
I was born in Leiden, The Netherlands and moved to Leeuwarden about 5 years ago. I live here with my husband and our 3 children (two boys 17, 14 and a girl:9 years old).
Besides reading (literature, newspapers, magazines: news, history, art, countries, cultures), I like writing and cooking.
These days there is so much superficiality and to fight that I educate myself as much as I can by reading and by discussing social and political matters.
I am happy with every card that I receive, but if you can find one with images of these subjects I will be even more happy:
- (flower) fairies, elves
- Limoon, Gorjuss
- angels
- art (from your country or by artists you want to tell me about)
- ''vintage'', black/white or sepia photos
- spiritual or religious photos/paintings (Virgin Mary, Reiki symbols, Wicca, tarot)
- the moon
- colorful food/spices
- tango, flamenco
- seahorses (photo or drawing), jellyfishes
