I love receiving all kinds of post cards from all over the world, but I particularly like post cards with scenes of the great places to see and do in your part of the world.
My hometown of Winter Park is located in Greater Orlando, a.k.a. Central Florida, home of world famous attractions such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, SeaWorld, and NASA's Kennedy Space Center. Winter Park is a historic town established in the late 1800s by settlers from New England, and it's located just a few miles north of downtown Orlando. It is home to The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art, home to the world's largest collection of Tiffany art; The Cornell Fine Arts Museum and Knowles Memorial Chapel, both at Rollins College, one of the top liberal arts colleges in the USA; The Albin Polasek Museum of Art; the twice yearly Winter Park Sidewalk Art Festival; the Winter Park Bach Festival, fashionable Park Avenue and Central Park, and numerous historic buildings and architectural jems such as Casa Feliz and my own church of All Saints. No visitor should leave Winter Park without going on the Winter Park Scenic Boat Tour, and a visit to the weekly Saturday Farmer's Market is also a must.

In addition to Greater Orlando, I have a special place in my heart for the Florida Panhandle, home to two of my favorite places on Earth: Destin, right in the middle of Florida's Emerald Coast, with it's sugar-white beaches and clear waters; and Tallahassee, the stately and graceful capital of Florida and home to my alma mater, Florida State University.
Other parts of Florida include the tropical chain of islands known as the Florida Keys, Key West and the Dry Tortugas; jet-set Palm Beach; ultra-chic Miami and the Gold Coast; Pensacola, home of the Blue Angels; and historical places such as St. Augustine, the oldest continuously inhabited European settlement in North America.
