Hello! I live in Cincinnati, Ohio, USA, a large and hilly city along the banks of the Ohio River. I am a magazine journalist and a college professor, and I love nature, wildlife, all kinds of animals (I have 2 cats and 2 dogs), reading and outdoor photography. I also love writing and receiving letters, especially scenic postcards, which are so nostalgic and beautiful. I'm not picky about what kind of postcard you send, so send anything you like. My favorites are landscapes and nature scenes, and because I love animals, I love getting cards showing different wildlife from around the world. Mountains fascinate me, as do oceans, valleys and forests. I could dreamily gaze at trees or clouds all day along.
I hope you don't mind writing a note, too, as part of the fun of Postcrossing is learning about people in different cultures (even if it's just different regions of my own country). So, if you happen to draw my name for the postcard exchange, please tell me anything interesting about the place where you live, or tell me a little bit about yourself: your interests, dreams, hobbies -- whatever you're passionate about.
