I live the Texas Panhandle where we have the most beautiful sunsets. You have to travel for hours and hours to get to the other major cities. We have a saying, "The sun has riz, the sun has set and here we are in Texas yet!" We also say, "If you don't like the weather today, just wait it will be different tomorrow."

Any postcard that has special meaning to you is most welcomed. Check my favorites for other ideas. I enjoy receiving and sending postcards!! Written messages are fun. It makes me feel like I am getting a card from a new friend.

I began collecting postcards as a child in the late 50's when my grandmother gave me her collection. Recently a second cousin left me her collection. I have cards that date back to 1914. It is thrilling to be able to share this passion with so many around the world.

All cards will be appreciated and treasured.

Just returned from Gatlinburg, Tenn. I have extra cards of the beautiful Smoky Mountain National Park. If you would like to swap for one or more of these, please let me know. Some of them are of the big black bears that roam the park and of course the beautiful Smoky Mountains. Fall is a beautiful time with the leaves changing.
