I'm Jesse from Anchorage Alaska. A bit about me, I was born in Alaska where I still live today. I have traveled extensively in the USA and a bit abroad. I work for an Airline where my primary duty is being a union steward.

Many people send me cards asking about life in Alaska. I love my home. Feel free to ask any questions you may have, I'll try to answer some of the more frequent ones here. Anchorage is a midsized city of 280,000 people. Life here is much like life in any city in the USA. The temperature in the summer is normally between 12C and 23C, the winters are quite cold and the temperature range is often 0C to -32C. Truly no one lives in igloos :) but we did make them to play in as children.

-Moomin (If you send this could you write a bit about what/who they are. I had never heard of this before joining postcrossing but they seem to be so popular here, there must be something special about them. I'm interested in your thoughts on this :)

I also love Handmade cards so if you have a talent for this type of thing I'd love to receive them.

Nice Ad cards are Ok just use your best judgment and don't send something you would not like to receive yourself.
