About Allie...

This started out as a school project to collect 100 postcards for my 100th day of preschool last year. Now it is a hobby my mommy and I both enjoy, so much so that I made her get her own account! We watch for the mail truck every day. Mommy says it is better then getting junk mail or bills, and I couldn't agree more. First thing I ask when we pick up the mail, "Is there any mail for me?" then off I run with the postcards.

If you would write me at story that would be wonderful. I love once upon a time storiesand pretending to be a princess. They start with "once upon a time" and end with "happily ever after" or just "the end." My favorite is "Once upon a time my mommy kissed a wrinkled elephant so I wasn't scared of it. THE END!"

Here are some of the things I like to make it easier for you to choose a postcard (though any postcard would be appreciated):

Bright color postcards are my favorite! The brighter, the better!

- Anything with lots of yellow or orange
- Moomins
- Hello Kitty
- Disney characters (especially the princesses)
- Elephants
- Butterflies
- Baby Animals
- Whimsical/funny/childish :)
- Children
- Children's book related postcards
- Map cards (especially cartoon ones)
- Multi-view cards from places you've visited or where you live.

We are SO READY for the holidays, so if you have a favorite holiday card - send it my way and make me super happy!

Please NO envelopes if possible. I like to get the stamps and postmarks on the actual postcard. Thanks – I look forward to hearing from you.

Allie (helped by my mommy)

I recieved a postcard from China with a postmark of October 27th 2009. It is a panad card that is signed Miss Panada. There is not postcard ID on it, and the system could not find it. Please let me know if it is yours.
