Hi!! I am a 20-something-year-old girl from Helsinki, Finland. I have been moving back and forth between Helsinki and Manchester with my gorgeous English fiancé. We have 3 American bulldogs (Elvis, born March 2009; Billy, born November 2009; Morag, born January 2010), 2 cats (Jarvis, born November 2009; George, born June 2010) and 4 rats (Sven, Boris, Cameron and Grandad, all born June 2010). Understandably our lives revolved around them.
At the moment I live in Helsinki, FINLAND, but Ive lived in Manchester, ENGLAND; St. Petersburg, Florida, USA; Downingtown, Pennsylvania, USA; London, ENGLAND; Basingstoke, ENGLAND; and Nuuk, GREENLAND before, so I especially love getting postcards from these places. But of course, just send me one from where youre from, and Im sure Ill love it.
Ive collected postcards since spring 2008, and I have one from pretty much every single country and US state by now. I still need a couple countries, and I hope to get them sometime soon. I love anything really TOURISTY (landmarks, people, cities, countryside, anything really that shows the area you live in), and Id rather you didnt send me ad cards or flowers or boring stuff like that, unless they actually have something to do with your country. And Id love to get all postcards WRITTEN and STAMPED (no envelope, please). Id be extremely happy with a MARILYN MONROE or ELVIS postcard, we collect them and they all end up framed on our bedroom walls.
Im a bit of a language freak. Unfortunately I dont really speak anything fluently (except for Finnish and English, and Scandinavian languages semi-fluently), but Ive learnt the basics to 16 languages. So feel free to write stuff on your postcard in your own language. I might not understand it all, but Ill try. =)

THE NUMBER AFTER MY NAME REFERS TO THE PROFILE (I HAVE THREE), AND IT TAKES ME AGES TO REGISTER ALL MY POSTCARDS IF PEOPLE DONT WRITE THE PROFILE NUMBER ON THEM. SO PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO ME A FAVOR AND INCLUDE THE NUMBER WHEN YOU WRITE MY ADDRESS.
