About Justė...
Hi. I'm a 24 year old Lithuanian, currently living in USA, Washington D.C. metro area.
I'm an atheist, can be kind of sarcastic, like Hieronymus Bosch, poker, love to cook, adore Siberian Huskies and am fond of animals on the whole (live, not photos on a postcard ;)). I want to own a piano again, like to spend my time creating something (from new dishes to Easter egg decor), I'll learn to speak French and Spanish some day and I'll travel around the world eventually.
When sending a postcard, you could have in mind that
I like black humor, maybe something strange, creepy, outrageous, terrific, fresh, ...
I find black & white photography beautiful,
vintage pictures, mapcards,
horror and old films.
I'm not quite a fan of "classical" touristy cards... But would appreciate striking, breathtaking nature and cities (especially winterscapes, nightscapes, birds eye views, lightnings, auroras, etc).
Feel free to send me a picture of an original approach (something peculiar, with an attitude or in a different angle) of the place or country that you live or would like to live in.
You could have a glimpse of my favorites in my wall of postcards to have an impression what I like. But, of course, if you want to send me a card that you like, that's wonderful. I appreciate every card I get. I like digging precious postcards from the big pile of junk mail I get every day...
If you will, you could write me about your secret or biggest wish... or about a place that you would like to visit... or you could recommend the best horror film, that you've seen or your favorite recipe.
Either way, I would love to read something personal and interesting, so I could get new ideas, experiences and also know something about YOU, your personality. For me, the picture on the card is as important as the back of it. I appreciate your effort!
P.S. I'm looking for penpals too...
P.P.S. Don't be intimidated by the return address on the postcard, if I sent you one. It's for the post office, in case there's something wrong with the postage. But if you have an irrepressible urge to send a postcard back, I'll be more than happy :)
