About Gina...

I live on the eastern end of New Providence island with London-born husband of 23 years, two daughters, assorted cats and one stray Bahamian Potcake puppy that we found walking down the street on 10/15/'10 (the cats were NOT amused at all!) Enjoy baking cookies, cheesecake and pumpkin pie for them, but never mastered making my mum's chocolate fudge (candy).

I prefer postcards that show...

*the name of the city or country on front of the card
*the landscape of your country
*nature of your country (including plants & animals)
*national costumes
*everyday scenes
*food
*night-time scenes with lights
*beach scenes (let's compare!)
*snow scenes (I've only seen flurries in London that lasted about 2-minutes)
*CATS (domestic/house or big/jungle)!
*redheads (people with red hair)
*Stenvall, Moomins, Virpi Pekkala and Inge Old Ladies, please
*Year of the Ox or VIRGO (September 21st) postcards

Please include the date, temperature & user ID on your card.

Envelopes unnecessary.

Sorry, NO MORE PRIVATE SWAPS at this time.

P.S. Photo shows Cyprianna, the Royal Bahamian Potcake puppy, who practically jumped into our car.

May 15th, 2011...At yesterday's Bahamas Humane Society Animal Fair Cyprianna won a 1st place blue ribbon as 'Prettiest Female Dog' and tied for second place (red ribbon) for 'Best Potcake'.

April 18th, 2012...found a stray Royal Bahamian Potcake puppy in daughter's schoolyard on March 23rd. So tiny! Wasn't even 5-lbs. Bruno and his 'big sister, Cyprianna get along--most of the time.

May 18th, 2012...Please write your ID#s carefully especially if using a thick point marker/pen. The numbers may look fine to you but I can't figure out if they're 1s, 4s, 7s or 9s. POSTCROSSING has to track it down and that takes longer. Thanks!
