I live in İstanbul which I believe is one of the most beautiful city around the world. I'm a HR professional, aged 37, married. I'm not working now because I have a 23 months old baby girl, Yaprak, I'm looking after her. I believe being a mother is the best thing happened to me through all my life.
I love writing. I've three blogs. One is for my baby; "The Dairy of Little Yaprak", the other one is my art & culture blog named "Aya Merdiven Kurduk.biz" which means "We Put Stairs To The Moon". I sounds ridiculous in English as a web address but it makes sense in Turkish :) and the third one is on my profession human resources "Kaynağım İnsan" ( http://yaprakkisioglu.com and http://ayamerdivenkurduk.biz )(http://kaynagiminsan.com )
One of my other hobby is travelling. I design my travelling route according to the cultural places, museums that I'll be able to explore.
I'm a dedicated walker. I don't drive, I refused to drive in Istanbul because there is a crazy traffic in the city. Instead I walk, I cycle, at most if the place is far, I take a taxi.
Hope I can receive beautiful cards from various parts of the world and I'll send the best ones that I can find.
