Hello dear Postcrossers!

What a great thing to exchange postcards with the whole world! :)

I'm 30 and I live in Kyiv, Ukraine.
I used to be a secondary school teacher and part-time translator, but now I've started to work as a translator at Kyiv general post-office :)
Nice to work in a place so closely connected with my hobby :)

I'll be happy to get any postcard you send, especially if it shows something special to you, or something that can be found only in the place you live in.

I am especially interested in:
- State and national symbols, national clothes, dishes and traditions, festivals and special ways of celebrating them, special decorations or activities
- Architecture - especially modern
- Movies - especially old :)
- Inventions and unususal things made by people
- Music, Poetry, Literature, Art
- Hand-made things (I LOVE self-printed and hand-made cards!)
- Design - I'll be happy to get a free or ad card you like, because a good ad usually looks great :) Besides, ad cards show something that REALLY exists in your country :)
- Languages and cultures - you'll make me absolutely happy if you write a proverb or an idiom, a phrase or a quotation you like in your language, with explanation in English.

But if you don't have a card with anything of the above - please forget it! Any postcard will be appreciated :)

I'll also be happy to know a little about your life, your ideas, dreams, interests, and anything you wish to share with me :)

P.S. I usually upload images of the postcards I send - it helps me not to send two cards to one person :)
But if you don't like the quality of the image or don't want to have it at all - please feel free to change or delete it.
