About Iina...

Hello!

I'm Iina and I'm 21 years old. I'm Finnish, but I'm now working in different countries of Europe as an au pair - first in Luxembourg, now near Paris in France. I've already been told, though, that I'm not working in France, I'm working in Île-de-France, which supposedly is "totally different" than the rest of France.

I like to do walks (and jogging) in the forests, do crafty stuff by myself or with "my" children, and I like reading and singing. I love belly dancing and laughing with my friends. Every now and then I bake, and start numerous knitting projects without ever finishing one. Maybe you could recommend some recipies or patterns to me? Sometimes I get an urge to sew and end up renewing all my wardrobe.

I like nature, colourfulness in general, trains, interesting buildings, churches, weirdness, so-ugly-it's-wonderful-ness and stuff like that.

I enjoy learning about society, history and religions. I enjoy seeing beautiful or nicely combined clothes.

Some card makers/series I love:
Hoops & Yoyo, Les Èditions de Mai, Moomins, Cartolina....

I also love cards that are weird, funny, bizarre, unusual or wacky cards (ad-cards, humorous, vintage, colourful cards etc.) and cards that are so ugly that they're actually wonderful; cards that hurt your eyes, cards that are gross, cards that have ugly fonts on them.. I'd love to receive them! But most gross-ful in envelopes, please, I'm living with my host-family :).

I love receiving selfmade cards (photographs and paper arts are both wonderful!)

I hope you write something related to the card, or something you've done today, or about adventure you've had (or adventure you wish you'll have!). Poems, lyrics... Anything!
