I'm originally from England, but moved to Canada with my family in 1975. I love going back there and try to go back as often as possible. My favourite place to travel would be Europe. I love the history there, that we are lacking in North America.

In the Spring, Summer and Autumn I like to go hiking, biking, camping and geocaching in my spare time. In the colder, Winter months I do get outside to snowshoe, but I prefer to spend my time indoors, reading, knitting and crocheting.

I've always collected postcards - places I've been and other family members have been, but I would love to receive postcards from anywhere in the world. Some of my favourites are:

- CMB's Flower Fairies
- Ladybird, Puffin & Penguin book covers
- Beatrix Potter characters
- Rupert Bear, Paddington, The Wombles, Noddy, Wallace & Gromit
- birds (esp. owls, puffins & British/European robins)
- sheep
- highland cattle
- flowers
- paintings (esp. Renoir, van Gogh)

Oh, and please don't bother putting the postcard in an envelope - I like the stamps almost as much as the postcards!
