About Sharon...

I'm 53 and I've been married for 35 years. We have one son and three grandchildren who live in Oklahoma, so your postcard from me could be from there. I live in a log home that my father built on 27+ acres in a rural area of TX. We have two dogs -- Barkley and Katie. I love to watch the wildlife and the birds around here. I sometimes quilt, make jewelry, read, dabble in knitting, painting and photography (my postcards may be from my photos or paintings!) and I love to visit family and friends.

I welcome all types of postcards, but would especially love:

I love mail art and love all things postal and letter related, so you could make me a postcard or send me a postcard showing your mailbox!

I also love different types of stamps and look forward to seeing what is on the postcards! Please put the date on your postcard and I would appreciate it if you would please translate any writing on the front of the card that is not in English. I get very curious about that!

If you don't know what to write on your postcard to me -- tell me about your favorite book, movie or song. Or you can just tell me about your day -- what you've been doing, the weather there. I love to hear about you.

I don't get to my post office every day. So, unfortunately, your postcard may be waiting a day or two for me. Sorry about that.
