Hello and welcome to my profile!

I'm a teacher and I live in the middle of the English countryside with my husband. Our 2 daughters are both students and live away at university during term time. We love travelling and the whole family enjoys looking at all the wonderful postcards that arrive through the post. Thank you, postcossers!

I'm really interested in people - so I love reading about your life! What are you eating today? What is the next thing that you are looking forward to doing? What are your family traditions?

I enjoy cooking, going for walks, drinking tea and sending mail!

Please would you draw something on your card? I always fill my cards with lots of writing and colourful drawings and I love it when postcrossers do the same for me. I like to see interesting stamps too.

My favourite postcards are (in no special order):

people in national costume
post or mail boxes
something that shows me your culture
handmade cards (but not your own photos)
flags
a card that is special to you (please tell me why)

I'd prefer not to have typical tourist postcards (although I understand that sometimes no other cards are available!) I love to get cards from your own country - so no pictures of British post boxes please!
