Hello!

I live in Edinburgh, Scotland. I work as a switchboard operator, which gives me plenty of time to browse the internet, read, crochet, knit, sew and do cross-stitch.

Outside of work I carry on with the hobbies listed above. I also love to cook, and I'm active on CouchSurfing.

If you're not sure what to write, I'd love you to teach me a proverb from your country (such as "A stitch in time saves nine"). If you could write it in your own language and then translate it into English I'd be very, very grateful: I collect proverbs!

I also collect recipes so if you have time to write me your favourite recipe I would love that.

I'm happy to receive any kind of postcard you send, though I'm particularly fond of art cards, black & white photography, and photos of your local area (city, nature, whatever...)
