I'm happy you got my address.

My name is Valentina, female and a programmer (one joke says if you're both, you're neither ^_^). In addition, I'm 35, married and a mother to a little adorable boy. I enjoy staying out of doors, reading books, playing Go, solving brainteasers and assembling jigsaw puzzles, traveling & sightseeing, dancing rock'n'roll and bathing in the sun and in the sea.
I'm always eager to discover something new. It may sound strange, but only in high school I finally learned to ride a bicycle (don't believe those who say you can't forget how to ride it! I start anew every time), and I put on skates for the first time only after graduating from university (I fell in love with ice skating - well, if you can call what I do twice a winter skating, that is :D). I've also tried and enjoyed skiing, diving, windsurfing, horse riding and rock climbing; I've practiced kung-fu and acrobatic rock'n'roll; I made polymer clay jewellery; I dream of trying parachute jumping and ballroom dances, and I like studies in general. I am firmly convinced that life should never get boring.

If by any chance you have a card related to Go (Weiqi/Baduk), I would be immensely grateful! Cards related to my other interests are also welcome.
The only things I do not like are common greetings cards with flowers and ribbons (however, if it's a theme card for some joyous holiday - like pumpkins for Halloween or Inge Look's funny old ladies for Christmas or lanterns for Lantern Festival or something even more specific and traditional for your country - I'll appreciate it very, very much). Everything else is ok - funny postcards with some jokes and quotes, nostalgic and heart-warming cards, beautiful city views and picturesque landscapes (bridges, rooftops, narrow streets, stairs, castles and all kinds of roads in particular), planets and stars (I was always mesmerized by astronomy), people and animals (especially frogs), art and illustrations (I love great children book illustrations!), photos and cartoons (including anime) etc. If you're still hesitating, you may check my favourites ;)
Anything unusual is highly welcome, so feel free to surprise me!
