I am Rachel, I'm in my third year in college in Beijing. I LOVE postcrossing~ both receiving a card and picking out a card for others~

My favorite types of cards (for now) would be about or include:
- paintings (serious or funny) of people, animals, buildings, sceneries of your country, etc, etc~
- cute dogs (but on second thought, aren't they all the cutest?~ XD)
- local people doing their local stuff (ordinary or surprising)
- nature in general
- cartoons (the Simpsons, TinTin, Winnie the Pooh, or some cartoons you enjoy, if it's not that well-known, please tell me a little bit about itXD)
- something typical of your culture or country
- funny cards (laughing kittens, squirrel riding a rabbit, pigs in boots, frogs doing yoga, etc, etc.)
- Movie scenes
- Ad cards; BUT THEY HAVE TO BE INTERESTING:) ad cards for a play or a concert would be quite quite welcome:)
- anything you think would give me a surprise!

But I also enjoy other cards a lot really! Famous buildings in your country or city, your favorite theme park, strange people (people are realy the most fun thing there is!), museums, teacups, modern art pieces, candy shop, coffee shops with a funny name, old lady drinking tea......anything you send me will be so very happily received!

Apart from the card itself, I would be equally (if not more) to know something about you.

Music is something I can't live without~ So I'll be really happy if you could recommend to me your favorite singer or musician!^^ I'm a HUGE fan of Jason Mraz, and Shania Twain, and Lily Allen~ Cards with their pictures would send me to the moon! XD

I also enjoy reading an interesting book, and of course good movies and TV shows.(Huge fan for Grey's Anatomy. Followed it for years) Maybe you could tell me about the book you read recently or a movie you just saw~ :) Also, a card featuring a novelist or writer or musisian would be really really cool!
