Hello everyone. My name is Henk, I am 47 years old, married and father of 2 children. With our white shepherd dog we live in the south of the Netherlands where I work as a software engineer.
I am interested in science, nature, art, films, books, poetry and music (heavy metal, folk, classical music). I also love to travel and like visiting other countries during the holidays; my favorite countries are Sweden and Norway.
Favorite books: Lord of the Rings (Tolkien), Cloud Atlas (David Mitchell).
Favorite writer: Jack Vance.
Favorite bands: System of a down, Evanescence, Dimmu Borgir, Rush, Blacknight.
Favorite movies: Memento, Festen.
