Hello, I`m Gabriele from Germany. I enjoy reading, writing(not only postcards), travelling of course, nature and I like cats!
I´m really interested in the history and life of the 19th century.
Postcrossing is a great adventure!
These are my favourites:
nice or special views: old houses, marketplaces, castles, cute villages, seaside, beaches, old churches, rivers, doors or windows, famous buildings, mail-boxes
Carl Larsson`s painting
children`s book illustrations
black and white photos (or reprints); perhaps cats but no other animals please
vintage
real old cards
buildings or persons of the 19th century (reprints or painting)
VINTAGE AD Cards (not others)
book related postcards
inside views of restaurant or bistro or shops
Please NO boring touristic postcards, flowers or animals.
Of course it`s your choice!
I register all postcards sent to me the day I get them - so if you haven`t heard from me after a reasonable length of time, please get in touch, I´ll then register it because I really hate expired postcards! Hope you think the same way!

It`s a shame that so many postcards went expired! I myself have choose these cards with care, spending money, time and interest for the receiver. And then: No answer, when I send a asking message!
That`s so disappointing, indeed!
