About Ieva...

My name is Ieva Marija and I'm an interior design student at Vilnius Academy of Arts. I enjoy traveling. I believe in traveling and Art. Two of those help to learn about the essence of life:) I like laughing. I like making other people laugh. Live, love, laugh. Everyday. Another great interest of mine is reading. I'm a huge fan of Haruki Murakami books and ,,On the Road" by Jack Kerouack. I love writers of American beatnik generation. I enjoy outdoor activities such as running, swimming and riding a bike:) I also love music. It is a miracle to me how music can effect one's feelings and mood. I'm open to most of music styles, but for years my favorites include the Beatles, Dido, Queen, Joan Jett, Frank Sinatra (in winter time mostly), Sigur Ros, Band of Horses, Diana Krall (she has a voice of real woman) and many many more... I love to listen to movie soundtracks (Lola Rennt, United states of Leland, I am Sam). "I am Love" is my favorite movie so far:)

And here are some random things I enjoy or love (you can use this to get to know me or to pick a postcard for me): anything made with love and passion, Colours: blue, beige, purple, deep red, olive green, sand colour, violet, turquoise, Comics: Ellen DeGeneres and Jim Carrey, movie Into the Wild, sea and sun on my skin, wind in my hair, cherries and blueberries, baking pies in autumn, chocolate, my cat, my dog, my two canaries, big city lights, stars at night, good design, moomins, dreaming, sleeping in random places, talking over and over about anything in the whole world, fashion is a passion of mine, Woody Allen, snowflakes on my cheeks, dancing, typography, elephants.

PS My name is spelled with i as the first letter in ieva marija. in capital letters it looks like this: Ieva Marija. It's not a letter L in small. Can't see the difference between l and I? Me too:) Just wanted to let you know:)
