I love sending and receiving postcards. It has been one of my hobbies since childhood. I love the stamps and postmarks as well as the pictures. In fact I love anything to do with snail mail.

Some of my favourite subjects are:
Vintage/retro, especially:
* old photographs of people and places
* seaside scenes including people in old-fashioned bathing costumes
Famous paintings/art from your country
Children's book illustrations from your country
+ There are lots of other ideas on my favourites wall (these are ones I haven't received)

But if you don't have any of the above, that's OK... send me something typical of your country or region...

I've recently started "junk journaling" and love using old book pages, vintage documents, letters, envelopes, stamps, tickets, etc, especially if they are in a language other than English. So, if you are sending an envelope, and it doesn't cost any extra, those kinds of things would be greatly appreciated.
