Hello everyone,
I was looking for something new to do in the new year 2014 and I found out about postcrossing.com. I think it´s awesome and I can´t wait to start!

I like travelling a lot but of course you can´t travel during the whole year, obviously. And that´s why I like the idea of postcrossing, we can "travel" virtually to the places others send us postcards from!

I will love every postcard I get, doesn´t matter what picture is on it. But I will prefer:
- postcards witch the place you are from, because that way I can learn about your country, city and so. :)
- I also love retro black&white photos, so postcards with these motives will make me happy too :)
- and I must not forget about The Beatles! I´m a huge fan of the fab four, sixties, Great Britain and everything that has something to do with rock´n´roll, so roll the r´n´r postcards to my address!!

Something about me? I´m optimistic person with a dreamer´s soul, I love learning new stuff and contact with people in any way possible.

I think it´s a shame that people don´t send postcards so much in these times of texting, mobile phones and emails. And that is also a reason, why I like the idea of postcrossing so much!
