About Jenny...

***I'm very sorry if your postcard has taken a long time to get to you from me - I found out I was unwell after a year of feeling tired and other symptoms, but now it's all under control I am looking forward to Postcrossing again!***

Hello!
My name is Jenny, I am 29 and I live the South West of England. I love travelling,on my 'to go' list are:
South America- Bolivia and Ecuador especially, Nagaland in India, Norway, Italy, Slovenia and Morrocco! I am hoping to visit the East Coast of Australia in July this year!

I'm also interested in cliffs, beaches and oceans, Archaeology, Museums, Fossils, Folklore, Writing and Cooking. If you collect seaglass I'd be happy to swap some.

I would love to get unusual postcards of random/quirky things near where you live - especially archaeological sites, folklore, local crafts and traditions etc.

I also enjoy receiving:

*Spongebob* (Not home printed paper please)
*Moomin*
*Kotovasiya* ❤️🐱
*Gotochi* from Japan (I would be happy to send a card in return if you write your address as I know Gotochi postcards are a little more expensive to send).

If you wish to send art cards, I like artists in the style of Bruegel, Portraits of people from 1750-1850, women reading, pictures from illuminated manuscripts, etchings and lithographs, woodcuts/linocuts, both old and new :).
I'm not really a fan of 'cutesy' art cards and cartoons with fluffy kittens, flowers and children on, many people love them so please save them for somewhere they will be appreciated.

Please do not send food packaging(!) or self made cards with blurry pictures/on flimsy paper - Home made cards are lovely when done well, but often the less well made ones arrive damaged. :(

I would love to hear your favourite book/author, movie and food 🙂

Please also don't worry if it's difficult to find any of the kinds of postcards I've asked for, it's only a suggestion! :)

If you send a touristic postcard of where you live, it would be great to hear a bit of the history or your favourite place nearby to visit.

I look forward to receiving your postcards! Happy Postcrossing!
Jenny

P.S Andy from Germany - postcard id DE-5132365 - your postcard finally arrived after a whole year (I see the postmark shows you posted April 2016) and so I can't register it as it's been too long. Obviously our postmen are not as competent! So sorry!
