She has been a member for over 2 years (945 days).I'm a 17-year-old girl living in the capital area of Finland. I like winter and exotic countries and other cultures. Especially all those things that how do people live in other countries the "normal life" interest me a lot.
At the moment I'm doing my last year in upper secondary school. I will graduate in spring 2009.
My favorite card themes / my wishes:
-Geishas / maikos / the movie Memoirs of A Geisha
-Black and white cards depicting people (especially by photographers Sabine Weiss, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Willy Ronis, Robert Doisneau and Bruno Barbey)
-Children (but no Anne Geddes, thank you)
-Sky, grass
-Blue, green, yellow
-Snow Patrol, Maroon 5, Christian Walz (they are my favorite bands & singers)
-Ice hockey
-Fruits, berries, leaves, trees
I'm not that keen on multi-view cards, but any card will do, really :)
Please, do write on your card more than just "greetings from xx". Write about you, your town or country, the card you're sending, what you have done today.. anything. And hey, if you know how to speak or write any languages that I do, too, it would be nice if you wrote in them. Or you could write something in your own language and then translate it to English or some other language that I speak.
