i am 29 and am a new yorker living in california.
i collect postcard and i have since i was about 10. i especially like things that are worthy of hanging up on the wall. I prefer cards that have only 1 picture on them and not the ones that have a few different scenes on the same postcard.
i do not mind if you write in your native language as long as you also write the english translation. if you do not know what to write, draw a picture!
