About engelene...

Hello Postcrossers! Greetings from Japan!

I am Marie Engelene, currently a researcher here in Japan. I started collecting stamps and postcards when I was in grade school. However, I was only able to get postcards from places that I have been to.

I got inspired by our teacher's wall of postcards that she received from her previous students everywhere in the globe. That made me dream about traveling around the world! ^^ But for now, I would like to know first which places are great to visit through the postcards you send. I also love photography so one of these days, I may share to you the photos I took from my journeys.

I would like to receive any kind of postcard in any size. I hope you can write a short description about it too. But if you are currently confused as to what to send, here are some ideas:

- Landmarks from your country or any other place you visited
- Landscapes
- Castles, houses, architecture
- People and culture
- Cute designs (characters are most welcome!)
- Bodies of water
- Haikus, poems, short messages
- Cats, dogs, and hamsters

Oh, and right now, I am discerning as to which path to take after graduation. If you can, I would also like to know about your current dream and passion. I hope that by reading yours, my purpose will also ignite. ^^

Thanks a lot!

PS. If you are currently in Japan, I would like to trade Gotochi postcards. http://www.postacollect.com/gotochi/index.html
Just send me a message if you are interested.

PPS. I would appreciate it if you send me a message once you receive a postcard from me (for swap). This way, I will know if it reached you or not. :D

Thanks again!
