As my 6-month-anniversary as a member is just around the corner, this seems a good time to update my profile.I am enjoying Postcrossing as much as ever - many thanks to Paulo & the team!
Well, what do I collect & what are my card-preferences? As a view-card-enthousiast, I welcome almost any cards that show places, specially if the place-names are printed somewhere on the cards ( so that they can be arranged alphabetically ), & standard-sized cards are preferred ( so that they'll fit nicely in storage-boxes, roughly 6 x 4 inches / 15 x 10 cm. ) A philatelist too, I appreciate any stamps, particularly the special commemorative ones.
It's so nice that somehting as simple as a postcard can make one smile! So many kind new friends have sent little "treasures" for my collections, & I am most grateful; also, thanks in advance for those to come in the future..! If my cards have served to brighten someone's day too, I am well satisfied.
