I was born in China, came to Melbourne, Australia when I was 16, and married to a Russian.

My Chinese name is Xue, which means snow, because I was born on a snowy day. Among the Russians I'm known as Lena, or Lenochka.

I love reading, sports, and learning about different countries and cultures. Therefore, it would make me very happy if you could write a lot on my card. And I prefer my cards sent without envelopes, and please use nice stamps if possible :)

As to the themes of the cards, my favourites include but are not limited to the following:

- Foxes

- Nice colorful viewcards (multi-views are welcome)
- Unusual shaped cards (including Gotochi)
- Map cards, especially the US state maps
- Sporting events and mascots, such as the Olympics
- Nouvelles Images (multiples)

- Aquarupella

I'm also very interested in Russian and Eastern European cultures in particular, and Russian speakers are welcome to write to me in Russian. I can read and write quite a lot of Russian, but I'm still learning. I'd be very excited to read what you have written, and I'll try to reply in Russian too :)

I can't really think of any types of cards that I don't want to receive, but I don't really like hand-drawn or free cards though. I always try to select the best possible card to send to others, so I kind of expect to receive cards with the same respect.
