I like receiving old / vintage cards. Yellowing is not an issue for me, as long as the picture is relatively undamaged and the card is not too ripped etc.

I think it would be interesting for you to write something in your native language, with or without translation.

I prefer my postcards written and stamped and I'd appreciate it if you could date your postcard too.

I love seeing Airmail stickers from other countries too ^_^
