About Hannah...

Hi! My name is Hannah, and I'm 18 years old. Right now I go to a small college in Rochester, NY. I'm studying to be an ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) teacher. I love getting a look into life around the world and into other people's lives and mail - so Postcrossing is perfect for me.

I'm always in the mood to find a new pen-pal, so feel free to contact me for a direct swap if you wish! :)

I love learning about different cultures, but I love learning about just about anything. I don't really care what you write, but I hope that you do choose to write something. You can write about your day, your country, a swear word in your language ;), a problem you are having, your dreams, where you have traveled to - anything! PLEASE try to write something about yourself though. I love to get a view into other people's lives.

You can send whatever type of postcard that you would like, but if you want a look into my interests, here they are:

-dogs (I love Chihuahuas and Pomeranians)

-art (watercolor paintings are my favorites)
-vintage (clothes, houses, accessories, cameras, anything!)

If I had to chose a favorite though, it would be:
-Provence and the Luberon in France (I love everything on the list though!)

After all of this, I really only have one real request. Please NO:
-folded greeting cards (Hallmark!)
-cards with ads
-self printed cards.

You do not need to send me postcards. Handwritten letters, maps, handmade things, coins, almost anything! If you choose a folded card (not a cheesy one!), please write more than a line - it is sad to open a card and see little writing. I will write you back, if you wish and indicate so!
