June 2022: Hello! After a long hiatus I am starting up postcrossing again - I hope that Hannah will be able to read her cards now as she is now 9 (!!!). I can't believe I started this 8 or so years ago - how time flies! So, as you can see from the date, you will be amongst the FIRST people to write to Hannah postcards that she can receive and read herself (rather than 8 years ago where it was all up to me!). Hannah has grown into a sporty little girl who LOVES horses and horseriding, cycling, Jujitsu and swimming. She would love to receive cards with animals on, especially

- horses, cats and owls, but she loves animals in general
- places/tourist cards with the name of your country/city and sites

I want her to see the world and meet some of the wonderful people that live in it. Please write something about yourself or in your own language, using your script - even if it's just what you had for breakfast today! Thank you!

Hi! This is Hannah's Mum. Hannah is only 17 months old, but I have an account here for her brother (who is five) and now it's Hannah's turn to have one, too.

I thought it would be nice to collect some postcards for her for when she is older - maybe with good wishes or interesting notes or messages from people who live in other countries. There are so many horrendous stories about war and hatred in the news these days and it makes me sad to think that my children have to grow up with just this. Surely the world is not all bad? However, I thought.... there are lots of lovely people out there whom we never hear from (that's you!!), so this is your chance to influence my daughter in a positive, open way - tell them about your country, the place where you live, yoru religion, your beliefs, your favourite colour, monuments nearby, random acts of kindness - anything positive you can think of. Even if it's just a good wish for Hannah.... maybe write something in your own language (with translation, please!), even if it's just a sentence. She will appreciate it nonetheless, I am sure.

In terms of postcards I can't say really... Hannah is still so little.... she loves cats and all other animals, so if you have a card with an animal on, that would be nice. Other than that... nothing special.

I look forward to collecting messages from you for her to read in the future.
