About colour-of-thursday...
Hi out there,
I'm 23 years old and I live in Brunswick (Lower Saxony, Germany) - that's where I study English and German to become a secondary school teacher one day. :-) Most of the time I enjoy my studies very much and working with children and young people is definitely what I want to do in the future.
I love music, writing, my family, hanging out with friends, laughing, shopping, going out (I like bars, but I hate discos btw :P), meeting new people and getting to know their cultures, England ♥ (I have been there several times, it is absolutely beautiful!), chocolate, ...
In times of e-mails and e-cards (which I of course make use of as well), I am still a big supporter of handwritten postcards or letters, because they are so unique and personal. :-)
Some suggestions for the cards:
I am very much into poetry, philosophy and all that, so if there is a nice poem you would like to share with me, feel free to do so - I'm a romantic! ;-)
When sending a postcard it would be fantastic if you added some personal information, e.g. a random fact about you, the highlight of your day, your favourite song/book (and the reason why you like it so much), or whatever comes to your mind.
Being a student of languages, I'm also interested in learning some words or useful phrases in your own mother tongue; that would be exciting!
Cards showing beautiful women and men would be much appreciated, as well as cards showing any kind of food (I loooove eating). :-)
However, please do not at all feel pressured. I'm looking forward to receiving any kind of postcard. :-)
Kind regards from Germany;
Have a splendid day and Happy Postcrossing! :-)
P.S.: My 4 year old goddaughter Mara (who is the most adorable girl in the world) LOVES frogs. So if you ever happen to come across a card with frogs on it - that would be wonderful! I would love to make a collage and give it to her as a gift. Thanks in advance! :-)
