About Mintie*...

I'm:
25 (4 March)/ an English teacher/ a big sister/ quirky/ a dreamer/ a learner and a girly girl :)

I've been told that I look like a panda, a beluga whale and a bear. Hopefully not a combination of these three.

And I love, love, love so many thing, particularly the followings:
pandas, writing letters, snail mail, Butch Walker, Backstreet Boys, Alexander Skarsgård, postcards (of course), languages, Disneyland, Japan (the country, the culture, the food and the people- so basically almost everything about Japan), the colour pink, kawaii things, sleeping, reading,
writing, thinking, daydreaming, doodling, music, using cute stationery when writing to someone, cats in my neighbourhood, Jane Austen, Pride & Prejudice (and Mr. Darcy, of course!), vanilla scent & flavour, clione, teddy bears, Ferris Wheel, carousel, snow globes, music box, ice-cream, Postpet, Disney, Buffy, vampires (and NO, I am not a Twilight fan >:), Charlaine Harris, CSI NY, visual dictionary, British accent, English in a French accent, Engrish, words, my dreams, comic strips, vintage, even numbers, being nice, surprises, hugs, (this one is quite narcissistic) my handwriting, and my sister. Did I mention the colour pink? And Pride and Prejudice?

Yes, I like too many things XD

Any kind of postcards are welcome, esp. the ones depicting or unique of where you're from. I love my postcards written and stamped. I also collect old & used one (I think the oldest one in my collection is from 1900-1920). A Unesco World Heritage Site postcard would be nice too :)

Still #1 on my pref. list:
- any kind of card about "Mathurin" (Saint Mathurin, Port Mathurin, Saint-Mathurin-sur-Loire...)
- any kind of cards with Mint/Mintie/Minty on
- I *heart* NY and the like

If you don't know what to send, send me what you like or what you'd like to get in your inbox :)

I enjoy reading what you write on the postcards as much as getting the postcards themselves :)

If you really don't know what to write on the card, then tell me:
- What makes you happy
- Your childhood dream
- Your favourite word
- Your favourite poem
- Your most precious possession
- Your recent/ most favourite random act of kindness
- Your quirks
- or complete this sentence: "You know I like you if ......."
- or perhaps....a short story?
- or draw!

Thanks for being patient enough to read my very lengthy profile :)

ps. to those who received my cards:
I usually put my return address on the card just in case the card can't be delivered or gets lost, not for asking for a card back :)
