About Denise...

I'm 34 years old, a vegan and live in Berlin. I love reading (Kathy Reichs, Patricia Cornwell, Douglas Coupland, Douglas Adams, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, ...) and watching my favourite TV shows. I'm a huge sci-fi fan and rather adore "Doctor Who" and "Torchwood" (seasons one and two *only*; I hate CoE rather passionately) - and of John Barrowman, who makes me travel to the UK several times a year to see him live on stage. I also love listening to Blue Gillespie and follow pretty much everything Gareth David-Lloyd does. :-) Another BBC series I absolutely *LOVE* is "Sherlock" with Martin Freeman and Benedict Cumberbatch. I'm also a big Roxette fan and over the moon because of their comeback tour this year. Can't wait to see Per and Marie on stage again!

Anyways. *Postcards!*

I don't have any specific preferences when it comes to postcards - I like everything, except for postcards of non-vegan food. (Please don't send me any pics of dead animals made into food. Tnx!) Send me free ad cards, cards of the city you live in, of famous buildings, funny and/or weird cards, black & white cards, the most colourful cards you can find, cards with animals (I love butterflies), cute and cuddly cards, cards with books, music or TV / movies related cards ... And handmade cards are welcome, too. Any card you happen to send my way is much appreciated! :-)

If you don't know what to write, you could tell me what you did that day. Or tell me who's your favourite author and/or book. Your favourite quite or line of a song. What kind of music do you like to listen to when you're happy/sad/angry? What movie makes you always smile when you watch it? What's your favourite season? What makes you really really angry? Or really happy? Then again, if you don't want to or feel like write that much "Greetings from ..." is totally fine, too.

I always scan the cards I receive, so you can visit your postcard here. I also put scans of all postcards I send on the wall before I mail them, because not all postcrossers scan their received cards. If you do scan or photograph your received cards, just delete my scan and replace it with yours if you want. :-)
