I am a teacher in a Primary School in London. The 28 four to five year old children in my class would like to find out more about the world. At the moment they are really interested in bridges, because one of their favourite stories is 'The three Billy Goats Gruff', where the goats go trip trapping over a bridge. They are also interested in racing cars, because Louis Hamilton has just won the Grand Prix. They would like to get postcards with castles because they like stories about princesses and also like boats a lot. When we discussed this project the children were guessing how long it would take to rreceive our first postcard. The guesses ranged from 2 days to 11 months. I hope we won't have to wait that long. I would be grateful if anyone writing would address the postcard to the children in RS, rather than to me personally. That'll make it more special for them.
