hello,world!
i'm 18 years young girl called Signe Madara. i am Latvian with Polish and other East-Europe nationality roots. someday i will make my family tree to figure it all out. just graduated high school and hoping/planning to start university this year in Edinburgh, the same that's in Scotland. journalist in future. my favourite author is Kurt Vonnegut. i love work of that old bastard even more than feeding birds, liquorice, pamelos and hurmas and gallons of tea. like to run in evenings but recently been too lazy or busy for that. what a shame! listening to lots of music. like doing creative things and crafts. dream to travel all around the world. by now been to Estonia few times, Czech Republic, London (UK) and tiny bit in Lithuania. i love writing. i calms me down, helps putting everything in places in my head. talk a lot, according to public opinion - far too much. did a bungee jump, next step is parachuting. adore boat trips and music festivals. optimist because in the end everything always turns right. or maybe it turns right because i'm optimistic? who knows. learning to sew. like to swim and run in evenings. running and writing calms me down. after few km or pages feel much better. love to write and get long long letters. so if you're looking for a pen-pall, than here is one. use postcards from here to decorate walls of my room. like colorful, black and white, artistic, drawn, related to music and almost any other cards. just send me whatever you would like to see on your own walls. only exception is hunting - i don't understand how could anyone be pleased by killing some innocent animal who is not able to protect itself from bullets. that is sick. so if you are hunter with piles of cards with dead animals maybe you should let it expire.
i have to say i am not a fan of classical tourist cards (interesting tourist cards are more than welocome, though!). they are killing me, to be honest! so please, don't hurt me and don't send me boring cards!
i do like free and handmade cards, by the way! sometimes free cards tend to be more interesting and modern-artistic than classical cards. so if it doesn't loudly have some labels on it, send it to me!
please, write in something more than just 'greetings from..'. write anything - your favourite film, where you would like to travel, what you did yesterday or what you wanted to do but didn't. write anything and i'll be happy for it.
