Ahoi dear Postcrosser!
I'm 22 years old and almost done with my study of Media Informatics. In my freetime I like to cook & bake (good for my cohabitants), doing sport, going to punk concerts and festivals and collecting crown corks.
My favourite cards are (in no special order):
- BLACK & WHITE photography (the older the better)
- sth. odd, provocative, absurd, critical
- sth. with any relation to punk
- military & police
- graffiti (e.g. Banksy)
- FOXES, birds, big cats, zebras, amphibians
- everything about agriculture
- old retro cards, including old ad cards
- colorkey
- moviescenes & musicians
- winter cards with lot of snow
and especially for Americans:
- Native Americans
- those cat comics like this http://www.postcrossing.com/postcards/US-799730 (I love them =)
Please avoid something cute & kitschy and typical tourist cards.
In case you're interested in movies:
Please write which movie you consider a must-see. I noticed I have a bad movie-knowledge and want to improve it now! Btw, my favourite is Memento by Christopher Nolan.
In case you're a native speaker of French or Dutch, feel free to write in your language I'll understand it with the help of a dictionary ;)
