About Arlene...

I am 59 years old and have 2 grown children and 5 grandsons. I take care of my daughters 4 year old twins and 9 month old baby 6 days a week and my 94 year old mother lives with me so I keep pretty busy. I am very lucky that my daughter lives just up the street from me. My son and his family live in Texas so I don't see them very often. His sons are 2 1/2 years old and 1 year old.
I like pictures of places around the world that I will probably never travel to but like to know about. I love pictures of castles, churches and cathedrals, bridges and all types of architecture. Also scenery of unusual or beautiful places near where you live.
I will be happy with all the cards I get. I have been collecting postcards since I was a child. I also collect stamps and dolls and pink depression glass. I enjoy knitting and reading and spending time on my computer. I am currently busy with my virtual farm on Facebook's FarmVille !!! Such a waste of time but fun. I also waste time with my virtual cafe and pet.
After recieving some damaged cards I now understand why some people ask for the cards in envelopes. If it is not to much trouble I would appreciate if you could send mine in an envelope. I have started sending all mine out in envelopes unless someone requests them not in one or I have run out of envelopes !
